Foggy layday

When we went to bed last night we were pretty sure we’d be sticking around here today.  Upon waking after a rolly night’s sleep at anchor, that was confirmed.  Fog everywhere!

We decided to rest up and enjoy being aboard for a layday.

Cecelia played games and wrote stories, Patrick read a book, and I took a shower, reorganized my clothing bins, and wrote a poem.  Not bad for a day’s leisure.

Since it was a foggy day, the solar panels weren’t giving us much love, so we turned the engine on for a while to charge things up – the boat itself, our laptops, phones, etc.  Somewhere during that time, the aft toilet managed to get itself clogged again, so Patrick went on yet another hunt to figure out what in the sam hill is wrong with that thing.  He can’t seem to find the clog…so we’re at a bit of a loss as to how to resolve it this time.

And the fog persists.

    1. Your guess is as good as ours, Perrine…we are still fighting with both heads today and hope to finally get them figured out!
