Real time update….

So, our time in the Bahamas is coming to an end. We’re leaving from Manjack Cay in the Abacos later today, and will be aiming for Charleston to make landfall in the US, or maybe a little farther north, depending on the wind and current as we get closer to the coast. We’re choosing to make the journey up to the Chesapeake in two hops because the good weather windows right now aren’t open for long enough to get us all the way there in one trip. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know what we are up to; there may be fewer blog posts over this next week. But don’t worry, you’ll be seeing more Bahamas posts here on the blog soon, since I’m always a bit behind real time. The teal seas and bright blue skies aren’t over yet!
