A big birthday, last day of school, and farewell to JC

The week from Friday the 16th to Friday the 23rd was a big one for us!

Cecelia turned 10 on June 20th, and we had a party for her in our mostly empty apartment on June 16th. All the girls from her 4th grade class came, and they had a great time.

We celebrated again on her actual birthday, too, with cupcakes (of course!) and gifts.

The next day was the last day of school, which brought its own celebration with friends.

And after all that, at the end of the week we finished our final clean out of stuff (the trash guys must have thought we were nuts!), said our farewells to a few Jersey City locations, and loaded up our rental truck to head to the boat.

Farewell, 251 Fifth Street! We will always have fond memories of our time with you.
